We have an apartment in L'Amerador and need an electrician, can anyone recommend a reasonably priced electrician please?

We inherited an apartment 8 years ago here and we are currently trying to connect the electricity. We have no previous documentation of electricity accounts and have been advised we need an architect to approve and install a circuit breaker. Any advice and recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
