I live on Paraje Natural across the road from Gran China Restaurant and there is a large piece of land at the end of my street also near El Limonar. Every morning there are large lorries clearing the land. Does any one know what they are doing on this piece of land?

I pass by this area in very recent past. I seriously doubt it is Construction of Apartment as in Orihuela Costa area. Construction firms put in Service first that is Electrical and Water and I did not notice any as I made a point of looking for.But I could be wrong and someone might have more details on reasons of Machinery in the area

Enquire at your council "Urbanismo" and have a look at the "Plan Parcial de Actuacion Urbanistica". It's all written ..........
