I am very confused about length it it of time i can stay in Spain for.

I am irish eu citizen.

Visited my house for 10 days in January

I spent 85 days between April and July.

I am going back in October for 25days. Is this ok.

Toal 120 days.

Ihear different things from everyone.

Some wise person set me straight.

Please help.

As long as you don't stay more than 90 days in one visit you are OK. Irish citizens have no passport stamped.

You won't even have exceeded the 180 days per year either nor even the non EU country 90 days in 180.

Hi,

As an Irish passport holder you can visit Spain as often as you like but if you want to stay in Spain for longer than three months in one go then you have to register your presence and sign on the foreigners register at the Local Police and prove income, healthcare etc.

All explained  below:

As am Irish passport holder you have the right to come and go as you please, but if you don't want to apply to stay make sure no single visit exceeds 3 months. Plus you need to spend a max 182 days in total in a calendar year or become liable for tax in Spain, even if not a resident.
