Tourist Licence

I believe I need a Tourist Licence to rent out my property. If correct who is tge best and cheapest Co or person to do this for me? TIA

You can do it yourself at no cost if you have all the relevant paperwork. But the first stage is to go to your Town Hall to apply for a certificado de compatibilidad. (I think El Galan comes under San Miguel.) If you can't get that certificate then you cannot apply for a license sadly.
Licenses are only needed for holiday lets, ie stays of 1 to 30 days, but you could let the property for stays of 2 months, 3 months etc without the license. Please do not be tempted to let the property out on a holiday basis without the correct paperwork as the fines if you are caught are very, very high.
