Agree with this advice from Vinny.
The owner is a brilliant guy but doesn't speak English. There's a female assistant who does though. Not sure if they'll resolve your problem but worth a try.
They also repaired a Vaccum cleaner for me. They have a guy who collects, does repairs off site and returns. (I appreciate that's not going to solve your washing machine issue though)
Will you let us know how you get on?
