Is there anyone who would be able(recommend a person) to cut a hole in a single glass window,in order to connect a ventilation pipe (from the gas boiler )
(The previous owner never had it done,so at the moment I am Not able to use hot water in the flat)

Or maybe think about getting an electric boiler? Much less hastle.
