Hi,

Has anyone out there recieved an sms text message like this

"El codigo de activacion para la APP es 179"

("The activation code for the APP is 179")

There is no link in the message to click on (not that I would anyway)

The message appears to have been sent by Cl@ve but there is no way I can see a network number I can block.

I have been getting about 10 messages per day for the last three days.

I do not have the Cl@ve app on my phone.

I would appreciate hearing from anyone else who might have recieved this type of sms.

Thanks

Gary

Why don't you just block it and report as spam.

There is no number attached to the sms and no way to block it or report it as spam

If you use an android device, press the three dots at the top right, then just press block and report spam. There doesn't need to be a number. Banks and other larger companies use computer generated messaged without a number attached but you can still block them. I'm not sure how to do it on an iphone.
