Abstain from resellers and apply directly to Iberdrola who owns all th infrastructure. You will need a so called "boletin" from an approved electrician (Iberdrola will tll you who) if such boletin has not been given to you by the vendor same a a "certificade de habitabilidad". If you used an agent it is his obligation to sort all the paprwork out for you.
