Go to your Post Office, Correos.

For an annual fee (about €60 when I rented 4+years ago) you can rent a post box, Apartado Postal or Buzon).

All your post is then placed in there and you can collect any time you like, in opening hours.

You'll find that there's some kind of business in the nearest town to you that acts as a delivery company agent, eg  in Pego near us, the English run computer shop acts for DHL, sending and receiving parcels.

I have the same problem because I live 6km out of town.  Delivery drivers will not drive out and will log you parcels as, address does not exist,  no one home etc etc and you never get left a note because most of the time they have never been anywhere near your house.

If you have a tracking number and the name of the carrier you can go to their depot and collect your parcel.

You will need to find a business who will accept parcels for you. The best bet is to ask around in the local bars where the Brits gather. Someone will know.

I use a local estate agent and they charge €1 for anything delivered there.  Our local computer shop is the DHL agent but they are reluctant to accept parcels from any other carrier.
