We are looking to rent a property in the Finestrat area for 90 days. December, January and February.

Other areas considered but not with traffic noise. We are willing to pay 800-00 Euros a month but need 2 bedrooms and good WIFI.

Ferry is booked so I guess its urgent. We don't mind remote locations as we have a 4x4.

I'd suggest you look on AirBnB or VRBO (HomeAway) to check availability and message the owner to see if they are willing to do a long stay for less than their normal rate.  If you want somewhere nice then I think your proposed rate is a bit unrealistic. If you have a big vehicle then staying in the old town (where we live) is probably not an option.

You can avoid excessive fees by booking a short stay via AirBnB or whatever, then extend directly with the owner.

If you are looking to buy in the area, then the local estate agent Torres Finestrat should be able to help.

Managed to book a Bungalow on Camping Alicante Imperium, two bedrooms, good WiFi and not as isolated as I was last year on Golf Bahia.

Much cheaper too without agents fees etc.
