The Editorial Piolet range of maps includes a set of four covering the main walking areas from Finestrat up to Denia. The Marina Baixa - Serra d'Aitana one covers Puig Campana but not quite the town of Finestrat. I used them extensively during the first half of this year and they are very accurate, with all paths and tracks marked, not just the signposted ones. Good enough to find your own way without following a guidebook route.
There is also a waterproof walking map 'Costa Blanca Mountains' but this seems to have been cobbled together from other maps and isn't very accurate so I stopped using it after finding the Piolet ones.
I found the Piolet maps at a little tourist shop opposite the Tourist Information office in Xalon (Jalon) but they seem to be available in the UK from Amazon and Stanfords.
The Cicerone guidebook 'Walking on the Costa Blanca' by Terry Fletcher is very good with mini-maps for each walk.
The Sunflower guidebook 'Costa Blanca' also has a good range of walks and motoring tours with maps.
PM me if you want to know more.
