I am with no limits and haven’t had any internet since yesterday. They are not answering the phones. Does anyone know what the problem is ?

It's interesting you say that - they find it very difficult to hide from you when they have an office you can walk into (and when it's less than 5 minutes from my house then that's very helpful!
I've always found them responsive to my arrival!
What I would say is that there is quite often only one or two people in the office so if something goes wrong for everyone (i.e. all their customers lose internet), I suspect it's nigh on impossible to get through to them on the phone.
