Where to go to renew license

I have a Spanish driving license to renew, where do I go?

I used a local driving school which was linked to a medical testing office above it. Total cost if I recall around 120€. Failing that I would ask a Gestor to do it for me.
You can do the application yourself if you speak reasonable Spanish but it does mean a visit to Trafico in Alicante.

Go directly to any appoved "Centro Medico Psicotecnico", they will do the rest and you'll receive your DL by mail.

We have been going to the one below for many years. It is 40 Euros and they take your photograph, you do the medical there with them and the short co-ordination test on something similar to a ping pong games machine. Very easy. They send off the licence, give you a preliminary three month one, if you do not have your licence in the post at your house within three months you go back to them and they trace it and get it for you. We have always had it back before the three months is up. ring up and make an appointment any time during the day but the appointment will be for 4.30pm onwards. Brilliant service.
