The sum is €28,800 for the first applicant and 7200 for the second. That's just over £31,000 for a couple (depending on exchange rates) which is the gross amount required before tax.

Hi Marcliff,

I think there may be a typo in your total, as I make €28,800 + €7,200 = €36,000 for a couple (not €31,000).

Hi Fran,

It's also worth noting that these figures are based on IPREM figures for 2023 and once the budget is announced in the first quarter of this year, the IPREM figure could increase for 2024, which will also increase the income required for the NLV.

Kind regards,

Kim

Look at the currencies. Yes, 36,000 EURO but I converted it to POUNDS as the original question was in pounds.

€36,000 approximately £31,000

How very rude of me to politely suggest there "may" be a typo in your total, I profusely apologise.

28,800 and 7,000 still don't add up to 31.

You will find that the Spanish Consul will be helpful, Manchester, London and Edinburgh. And will always be up to date with current requirements.

Cheers, J
