We work with SALUS Health, the yearly quote for out & inpatient treatments with no co-payments as requested by the residency authorities woud be €831,92, for comparison. 

If you'd like us to send you full ID of benefits, limitations and medical directory of your area, just send us pm with your email address. On the other side, please note that spanish health providers do not take over any pre-existing conditions as a standard. Salus however, even so always pays for consultations with the specialist and a 1st emergency assistance in the private hospital, e.g. Quirón.

As John56 says, after one year being resident in Spain and unless no changes, you'd be entitled to buy into spanish public healthcare, so called convenio especial, with no restrictions concerning pre-existing conditions.
