Need advice, we are with naturgy mains gas and have been told the gas pressure coming in is very low. Can't find anyone who will come and fix it. Naturgy says they don't do maintenance or repairs

If the gas pressure coming into your property is low, then this would be a supply issue, nothing to do with maintenance snd not the users responsibility to put right? ...... unless the pressure drop is after your meter...? Who has stated that the pressure is low and has a pressure test been taken anywhere? If your appliances aren’t firing up due to low pressure, then you need a pressure test to be carried out at the meter inlet - if the pressure is low here, it’s the suppliers responsibility to put right. If the pressure is okay, then you will need a gas engineer to check why there’s a drop between the meter and your appliance(s)

We had a problem with the boiler and the junkers engineer tested and said the pressure was 7, should be at least 15. No one will come to look at it as its naturgy

Where did he check the pressure, did he just do it at the boiler - if so, he needs to also check what the incoming pressure is at the meter - if is 7 there then it is the suppliers problem and they need to up the pressure - that’s presuming the engineers comment of “it should be 15” is correct?
