Consider IPTV which is the future. All you need is a good data connection and a so called Smart TV which is actual standard. A pay 20,-/mo. for wireless phone, data, and TV (DIGI Mobile).

For fibre internet, try https://www.avatel.es/ and https://olecomunicacion.net/ - there are plenty of others but these are probably the best known.
