I have Internet through dvblab and my TV has not stored my channels.  I have tried reinstalling the channels but without success. Can someone please give me guidance on how to do this please.

Bit confused as to what you’re trying to do

It looks as though you are trying to get Spanish TV Channels onto your TV, similar  to the  free view system in the U.K.. in which case you need to plug in your aerial into your TV and run auto tune.

But you don’t need the internet to do that, so that’s why I’m confused.

Are you trying to get U.K. TV from an android/mag box provided by either your internet provider or by a box or firestick loaded with an IPTV system. If that’s the case you don’t need to go anywhere near your TV’s tuner , you view your TV channels through the HDMI source.

Hi,

We use DvbLab and if you contact them directly they will guide you through it. They have always been quick to respond( even on weekends) when we've ever had any problems.
