Simple answer to that is no.
You’d need to get yourself by taxi to Rojales or to El Raso to get a bus to Guardamar.
There’s a bus from Quesada Arches to Torrevieja but it only runs a couple of times a day and sometimes doesn’t even stop in Quesada.
