Car hire

Looking for recommendations for car hire from 29th November until approx 11th January. Must be able to pick up and drop off at Alicante airport. Probably need an estate car.
We have used Coys Rent a Car and Lara Cars, but only for a week at a time. No idea what their longer term hire rates are like . Both based in Torreviega . You collect and drop off cars at Alicante airport. Price quoted is what you pay, there are no last minute add ons.

For the last ten years or so we have used Drivalia, based at Alicante airport. They meet you from your flight on arrival, take you to their depot and very quickly sort out the paperwork so that you can drive off. When you leave, this process is reversed.
They are friendly, helpful and efficient. Most importantly, they are competitive and hassle free.

Drivalia were sold & became Leasys last year. We used them often but they are too expensive now. We are currently using a car from Lara Car hire & were met at the airport. It is costing us €420 for 2 weeks full excess insurance & includes a full tank. Hopefully all firms would cut a goos deal for such a long winter rental.

Hi, I sat it every time - edirentacar - fantastic service, English family business, they meet you personally in a pre agreed foyer by car park (no queuing)have a look at their website - all prices of different models clearly shown.
We have used them before and we’re impressed. My son and his small family used them last week free kiddie seats and free 2nd driver.
