Car hire and traffic fine questions

Last week I hired a car at Madrid and I drove it south to La Mata.
I'm a slow careful driver but anyway today I received an email from Europcar informing me they received a traffic violation notice for the car on the date I rented it.
I think I gave rental company my Spanish holiday home address and now I'm back in zireland where I reside full time. I'm wondering now if the fine is posted to my holiday home at La Mata how can I pay the fine if I'm unable to receive it?
I return to La Mata in August
