If you go through La Mata village heading to Guadamar, go on the service road through Pinomar del polo stay on that rd it's a bout 2 kl from La Mata. There's a furniture shop just at the end of the service rd who sell eveything for the home and will take away the old stuff for free.

We used conformarama or online and have a store notnto far the delivered and installed the bed (it was a hydraulic lift bed) all in the next day.
As for white goods we used tien21 they took all the old appliances away. They where also very competitive prices again they have stores near you and online. Prices are better online though but some stores will match or beat the online price!
Hope that helps we have just refurbished a bank reppo and had it fully furnished using these companies.
