Hi, just wondering if any one else is struggling with the high humidity we are having at the moment?
My Husband and I are both had breathing problems since getting Covid several Months ago and it certainly seems worse at the moment,

Yes we noticed high humidity yesterday.
But if you are struggling with breathing difficulties then you need medical intervention. Sometimes breathlessness can mask signs of heart problems too.
Unfortunately Covid has caused many long term health problems and I hope you both recover soon.
So perhaps go to your medical center or hospital and have your symptoms checked out.

It could also be all that dust from the Sahara that’s still in the air. Or maybe all the pollen from the orange blossoms.
Make sure you getting all your shopping and outdoor activities done today, as we’re going to suffering from another lot of red rain over the next couple of days.
Follow the advice given by AEMET and stay indoors is you have breathing difficulties.

Thank you Forum members for replying to my query.
It seems humidity is down again today so breathing so much better.
Have taken your advise and staying around the house also taking things a lot slower.
Will pretend I did not read that more red dust is coming,have only just got rid of the
last lot !!!
