I am looking to rent somewhere in lazenia in August. Need to be walking distance to beach, bars, restaurants.
Would like s swimming pool and air conditioning. Can anyone help?

Better to use Spain-holiday.com or holidayhomesdirect.co.uk as you wont have to pay booking fees. The sites like Holidaylettings, Homeaway and other well known ones charge fees for handling the booking even when the owner has paid to be on their site, so a rip off.
Also the forums own property ads on propertyandvillasinspain.com , no fees for those booking.
We have a rental in Playa Flamenca, walking distance to beach and Zenia Boulevard, overlooking the communal pool, has full air con and fully licensed (VT-442999-A) www.housebythepool.com 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. We have some summer booking for 2019 already but 18th August onward is available.
