I am looking for recommendations about accessing UK, Irish and Spanish tv. Is satellite the best way to go, or are there good internet tv options? Any advice re good providers of either internet or satellite? No internet currently. Thanks.

If you are in La Zenia be careful as regards to your location, parts of the area do not get a good strong steady internet signal and you will find your picture freezes or you loose channels. We were talked into getting an IPTV Box, waste of time and money ( installer did´t want to know about the problem or give refund ). Eventually had to get a 1.4 metre dish on the roof to get Freesat, great picture reception now but lesson learnt.

Thanks, John. I replied earlier, but it didn’t seem to post. I appreciate you sharing your experience - it sounds like exactly where I am between those two options. Thanks for your help.

Depends how much tv you want to watch. I brought Chromecast with me from UK, using iPhone X and adsl internet from Movistar I watch all the content on Netflix in hd quality.

For UK news and basic channels I have an app called TVMucho, it’s brilliant, all the free view channels and I’ve not paid a cent for it.

Spanish tv through the aerial gives me a few more channels in English including paramount which shows non stop movies in original language yet all have Spanish ads in the breaks!!

Contact me if you want advice, it’s easy enough to use.
