Hi has anyone had any dealings with Telecom since they have changed hands. It is now called Excom. We have been with them for many years and when we were coming out for holiday we would email Peggy and she would have the Wi-Fi ect put on. We had an email telling us of the new changes to tariff ect but nothing else. I am due out on Wednesday and my husband has sent several emails asking for Wi-Fi connection but we have heard nothing back. I was wondering if anyone has any information on this company. Maybe a different way to contact them.

I've never heard of them but there is a contact form here https://www.excom.es/atencion-al-cliente/ 

...but you've probably already tried it.

I'm with Telecable. It is this company that has been taken over by Excom. I can tell you both their internet and customer service has deteriorated since. To the extent I will be leaving after four years with them.  Phone number, in case you don't have it is 0034 966849 000.

Many thanks yes agree. Will be looking to change when my husband and I are next out together. We have been with them many years never had any trouble before… bit of a shambles 🤔🙄
