I am new here and thanks for all the interesting informations I have found so far
I have a question. Our car with a German license plate happens to need a new inspection and German TÜV plate (two years check). I wonder if there is a car shoo around that does these and is authorized to give those stickers

By definition, you need to get your German checkup in.... (the suspense is killing me) Germany!

You can't get a valid German TÜV Sticker anywhere in Spain. What you can do is pass an ITV inspection in order not to loose insurance cover. https://www.tuv.com/spain/es/forms/global-contact-form/global-contact-form.jsp?requestType=1#
