Large items of old garden furniture in 3rd floor apartment. Also one fridge.

Hi 3rd floor apartment in playa flemenca. Some old garden furniture plus one fridge. Can we take them down to our rubbish bins and leave them there or is there some other way we can get rid of them . About 8 old Retton pieces with one fridge. Any advice please . Thanks John.
