I've a friend visiting with mobilty issues and can't find a definitive answer to the question "is it possible to borrow or hire a wheelchair or mobilty scooter at the Boulevard?". Can anyone help me, please?

There is a shop on the main road not far from the boulevard that hires them

My husband uses a wheelchair and I am sure I saw wheelchairs when we arrived with his wheelchair.
