HI, due to the COVID 19 Pandemic and the current travel restrictions, we are looking for a 'Legal' key holding/cleaning provider in the La Zenia area who we came appoint to look after and service our property within the near future.

I second Julie & Paul at Torrecleanandvan, Julie visited us in July last year and we found her to be very flexible and accomodating to our requests, I wouldn't hesitate to reccommend her she has been a breath of fresh air over the pandemic so comforting to know our place is being looked after.

Legal stuff: Handing over keys is like a POA, i.e. that person acquires full possession (not property) of the object and all inventory, however doesn't take any responsibility and also cannot act on your behalf.
