Subject to having a buyer in place....how difficult is it to sell and purchase another property, is it expensive and complicated. (Non resident). Thanks

Hi Chezste
On selling, you will need to factor in plusvalia tax. As a non resident, you may also, depending on any profit from the sale, be liable for CGT🤪🥂
