Keyplan,Thanks for the additional input. An urbanization Community is a collection of Residents who agree to abide by certain rules and regulations over matters they all have a common interest in. This is usually a group of properties they all Reside in and often share facilities , I.e upkeep of streets and roadways, footpaths , lightintg and swimming pools etc.
An annual Communal fee is payable by all members of the Community.
If you have a stand alone 'property , this will likely not apply, however you will need to be sure of this before going any further with repair work.
Do you have insurance for your property and if so, have you checked if leakage of underground pipework back to your water meter is covered within the Policy,
