Long term rental needed urgently in Las Ramblas or Campoamor Golf

We are a retired Australian couple looking for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom furnished ground floor apartment or terrace with access to a garage please and air conditioned.We would also look at a 2 bedroom with a covered solarium.
Happy to sign a 2 year plus lease as we are looking to buy in the area.we can pay between 650 -700 per month and would like to have access to a communal pool. Would also consider Los Dolses or Villa Martin we need somewhere by August 15th 2017 if possible.
Please post any replies to us as we are keen to finalise a place as soon as possible.
