Planning permission

Do I need planning permission to erect a 8x6 garden shed in lo Crispin.

8 x 6m is not a shed.

Or do you mean feet?

If the shed is not concreted into a base and measures less than 5 square metres then you do not normally need planning permission.

Assuming yours is 8 x 6 feet (48 square feet or 4.4 sq m) then you do not need it unless permanently fixed. You many need a minor works licence for it, though. Should be very cheap. 

Also assuming it's a wooden one.
