Has anyone else noticed that the outside music at Lo Crispin Tavern has increased from just Friday and Satuday to every Sunday afternoon and again tonight and over the last two weeks twice in the week also. The constant thump thump thump from the base is getting wearing when you have to get up for work in the morning. How do the Townhall allow licenses in a so called quiet urbanisation?

I appreciate you taking the time to comment but assumptions do not help.

We have Police patrolling every day twice a day at different times. They will have a license just depends if it covers every day.

Let's not judge without facts.

Thank you but does that mean you have not noticed the increase in the music at Lo Crispin Tavern or you have noticed?

I think it means that it's pointless complaining because no one is going to do anything about it.

Thank you.  I never like to assume as people think differently.  As for moving on, me never.

I am a person that believes if we all did nothing history would never have changed.

As I say we are all different - have a great weekend.

There is laws about noise, you can read it on internet. If Torrevieja laws are similar to Guardamar, that copied the law from another tows:

Noone can have music on the street, if there is a TV or music on the street you can call the Local Police and tell them the address and the problem. They have to go, yes or yes, to push the bar to finish the music. You make that every day/night, this is the Police work.

They have to close (it means the need to be finish collecting things from the street) by 3.30h everyday, saturday and sunday in summer 4.00h. I they finish offering drinks then and start to close the bussines after that time you can call the Police.

If you call a lot of times you can go to town hall and complain (writing a document) so town hall will put a penalty to the bussines

Regards and good luck.

I do not want to shut them down as it provides jobs and entertainment for lots of people.  I have asked for a compromise and asked for the music to be turned down.

This weekend it has been much better so at the moment it feels that the compromise has been reached.

Thank you for taking the time to respond it is much appreciated.

I didnt mean to shut them down, I mean you and everyone around that bat deserve to rest and enjoy your house.

I am absolutely sure it is not the first time that someone complain to them and you will not be the last one.

Yes you are right as they did lose their license in 2017.

It was better this weekend so I think if it stays like this everyone is happy.
