Moller SAT/Clima in Torrevieja next to Iceland is the place to help you. However, you will need a rather large dish, too large for a self adhesive to resist strong winds. Consider 5G wireless data (at this time available from Movistar and Vodafone only. Best option would be a "pay as you go" plan. Good luck.

They only want a plastic self adhesive disc, probably 4" diameter to put their satnav (tom-tom or similar) device onto.....
