Can anyone help.     I bought a car from Auto Roig on 24 May and was given a Temporary Registration Document issued by Traffic.      I was told that the original document would be posted to my address within 4 weeks.    It has not arrived.    Anyone had this problem.    I need to know how I go about getting the original document.   Thanks.      Patrick ONeill

As Pete says, the Autorizacion Provisional de Circulacion is only valid for 15 days.

It can take longer than that for the proper permiso to be issued, but the car dealer can easily and quickly get another one online from Trafico in PDF format.

Can someone advise me if there is an office in Local office where I can change ownership of the registration of a car I'm buying please. I'm told there is one in Los Montesinous  ?

Also what's the procedure, do I need to book an appointment & cost involved etc ?

Many thanks !

Thank you Pete,

I think that may be the course I will have to take. So frustrating that these things are so complicated here & you have to pay a professional for every little thing such as this,  when it is so simple in UK.

Still I suppose it helps with the unemployment rates & to boost the economy here !😁

Many thanks for the helpful response!
