I would suggest that you ask at your local town hall (ayuntamiento) in March as that would probably be around the time that it is announced.

Morning thanks for reply I’ll try to get intouch.We aren’t in Spain at the moment just wanted to make sure we get the correct dates so I book flights.HAPPY NEW YEAR
