We have just received our temp SIP number, do we need to go a register at our local medical centre, even though we have private medical insurance? Any info gratefully received.

We were not sure but decided to try.
We went with Padron, TIE, the text with the SIP number and proof of private health cover.
We were given a card.
Not sure if having the number means you are registered so we decided to go in.
