How can I contact an English speaking person at Hydraqua
I need to contact Hydraqua but don’t speak Spanish and my bill is far too high for the last quarter.

If you've checked that the meter reading on the bill is correct, then I doubt that Hidraqua would be able to help you. It sounds like you may have a leak.
First check if the meter records usage when no water is being drawn.
If so, then turn off the stop-cock where the water goes into the house and see if the meter keeps recording usage.

Dear All,
Many thanks for your replies - much appreciated.
Looking at the Hidraqua website it seems possible to pay them online - is this feature only available if you use Caixa bank ?
(I live in England and may pay the bill to stop any water cut off and then try to resolve the matter if the meter readings suggest a problem).

If you've got contact details in Spain for a neighbour or friend, I suggest you ask them to turn off the water at the meter, to stop the possibility of further water loss if there is a leak.
