prescription renewal

Hi, everyone.My prescription has just expired and with the health centre at Los Palacios closed does anyone know what to do?

At the moment,you just hand over your SIP card. Prescription paper not required.

Are you sure your health centre is closed? If so, it's the only one I know of. Those around me have stayed open, albeit not for routine matters.
As Ray says, you should ring them if you need a renewal.

You can also do renewal of repeat prescriptions on YoSalud if you need the doctor to prescribe the medication.

Hi Andrea. Thanks for replying (and everyone else) but I , pathetically, can’t get into YoSalud as the list of clinic’s doesn’t include Los Palacios. You try “any other “ then add your SIP and DOB and it tells you it doesn’t recognize the details. Grrrr.

Hi, Have you actually registered first to be a member of YoSalud. Also, I use my SIP number and a password i.e., I do not use my date of birth. Once you have registered to be a member you then just log in using your SIP number and your password. See if that works, it works well for me. BUT you have to register first to be a member of YoSalud. Good luck,
