Photovoltaic instrallations are subject to regulations and cerifications. This process can take up to a year. Excess power injected into public network converts you in a businessperson with tax and social obligations.

English site who advise and install installations below.... but they also use specialist Spanish people as sub contractors

and they do full installations (maybe without the commission as referral from solarinspain.).
Look at the site (Spanish) but ring Vicente on 615 01 05 39 cos he is their Solar specialist.
