Taxi cost from Alicante Airport or recommendation for a transfer to Monte Pego

Hi Everyone

Unfortunately my mother is ill in Spain and as such we will need to come over fairly often. I am hoping to utilise her car which is at Monte Pego then on my return leave it at the airport over the next few months to save hiring one.

Does anyone know a good taxi firm to use from the Airport to Monte pego and the cost for one way? Or is there someone local that you use you can recommend for me.

Hello Bertie

This might help.....The official Alicante Airport taxis are the ones operated by Radio Taxi Elche. You will easily identify them by the green stripe. If you wish to hail a taxi, please call: +34 965 42 77 77.

Unless someone posts a reply re charges, give them a call & ask for approx costs ( I believe they are metered so no fixed price)
