Advice on pest control in Moraira

Hi
We recently bought a holiday home in Moraira and wondered if anyone can recommend the best way to avoid getting such as roaches/rodents in the house - as we will be away for a lot of the time (ideally coming out once a month on average but there will be times when the property will be empty/closed for up to 8 weeks). We will have cleaners coming in once a month but I wondered if there were any additional suggestions/products that anyone could recommend.
