Hi,
You haven't said what nationality you are or what passport you hold so I'll assume you are from the UK with a UK passport..........
If that is the case, then to be able to live and work in Spain will require you to apply for and be offered a contracted position.
If you are fortunate enough to get a contracted position then your prospective employer will need to apply for a work visa on your behalf from the Spanish consulate in the UK. If you get a work visa then you can come to Spain but you must apply for residency within one month of receiving the visa.
Please note that since Brexit All available work in Spain must be offered to an EU citizen first by law.
However, if you have an Irish or EU passport you can come to Spain and search for Work but you must sign on the foreigners register within 90 days of arrival.

Your quality of life will be great BUT you'll never get a job here. Sorry to have to disappoint you.
If you are a EU citizen (which includes Ireland) you can move to Spain without a work permit and look for work. If you are not EU then you need a firm job offer with a contract before applying for a work permit to move to Spain.
There are shortage vacancies in Spain which you can apply to fill. These are jobs where the skill requirement cannot be met by an EU citizen and are open to non EU members.
These jobs are:
ICT specialists
Engineering and production specialists. High level professionals
Managerial related professionals in certain high level occupations such as banking
Sales and shipping professionals
Medical doctors and other related professionals including medical research.
There are also surplus occupations where there are a glut of workers able to take on the vacancy and will not be available to non EU
Unskilled work such as restaurant and bar workers, cleaners etc
Primary sector related occupations
Plant and machine operators
Building related occupations
Manufacturing related occupations.
Best of luck. I have no idea what Dynamic Nav Systems would come under but unless it was ICT development related, not user or salesperson, then it would be difficult to fill a vacancy if you are not an EU citizen.
