Conviction
Hi if someone has a drug conviction in 2003 and has had no criminal activity since then would this affect him retiring in spain
Hi Kerrybar
Welcome to the forum.
As the “new rules” for living in Spain require a DBS, if there was any doubt, then personally, I’d apply for one first and see what it throws up. Good luck 🤪🥂

I would imagine that it would be classed as a spent after all those years but it depends on how serious the conviction was.

Gatherings?
All the fiestas have been cancelled due to covid restrictions so far this year.

I just need to correct my earlier post.
It’s apparently not a DBS you need to support your visa application, it’s an ACRO
Apologies for any confusion 🤪🥂
