Good estate agent

Can anyone recommend a good estate agent as we are coming to Moraira to look at property on the 16th of May. We love Moraira but may consider Benissa Costa or Javea also. We are a couple in our 60's and want to retire here. Any advice on different areas would be very welcome.

Hi Hazel,

I would recommend Select Villas. Despite their name they list properties from small apartments upwards. They are British and have been around for a long time. I offer a property advice service - I'm not allowed to advertise it in personal mail, but it is listed in the companies section of the forum.If I can help in any way please let me know.

We used a lady called Elena who owns Direct Owner based in Moraira - she is very professional and helpful - they deal with villas/properties across Moraira, Benissa, Calpe etc. We bought last September and love the area!
