Hi we would like to be in Moraira or within the area, we are open to any type of property as long as it has some outside space, it is just the 2  of us, non smokers, no pets. We were hoping to budget for 600/650.

Hi Again I have a two bedroom bottom floor apartment but it's one kilometer north of LA Mata it has a nice balcony with communal garden and is a five minute walk to the beach through a nature reserve. I take 500 per month inclusive electric and approximately 100 TV channels and WiFi

We have a 3, double bedroom duplex apartment we could rent from 1 October if interested. 2 bathrooms and a washing machine and amazing 180 degrees views of the sea. We are private owners and this is our holiday home not a regularly rented property so we are only interested in people who would appreciate this as their temporary/our Spanish home. 

At the moment it is only my husband who drives, we will be in Villamartin for 8 days from 28th Aug and are planning to take a drive up to Cumbre to see if it would suit. We may contact you then if that is agreeable,
