As I understand it, DPC is not permitted in Spain due to earthquake risks, so I doubt you'll find anyone who does it

Thank you, I have just learnt this, think we may have to think of something else. Thank you for the reply.
Is it a problem throughout your property or just in specific areas?
We live in a country villa which is not raised up from the surrounding land and when we first moved in there were a lot of damp problems which we appear to have solved through various means. These include repairing and in some areas replacing the tiled surround, making sure there was a run away from the walls of the house and scraping out faulty grouting at the joint between the tiling on the external walls where it meets the tiled surround and re-filling with waterproof grout. We have re-directed all the down-pipes from the roof away from the house where previously they emptied at the foot of the walls.
Internally we have fitted central heating and added a layer of insulation under new plasterboard on all external walls.
Even in the September floods when the garden was under 3 or 4 inches of water, we had no damp or mould.

Thank you for your reply, one wall is a semi basement, one wall internal, we will hack off the plaster work and see what we can find. Glad you sorted your problems out.
