What you need is a "asesor de empresa", cheaper and more efficient than a solicitor. Setting up is simple - just 2 forms to fill (business license and social security). However, depending on the type of activity, dedicated facilities, employees etc. that process can become a nightmare depending on local and regional permits regulations. If it's a one-man business w/o walk-in customers and no open shops it's easy.
